The laboratory
Nordglade records experiments with AI used for business decisions. Each entry shows what information the software used, what it checked, and when it did not have enough evidence to continue.

What should an audit recommend when your team shows that a planned AI project does not have the data it needs?
Predictive maintenance was the initial priority. Then the plant supervisor explained that repairs had never been recorded. Without that history, the planned AI project had nothing reliable to learn from. The audit recommended “not now” and identified the smaller first step.
Fictional scenarioThe company, interviews and figures were created for this experiment. This is not a real client audit.
